1. Provider and acceptance
These terms govern Muse Deck and this website, provided by BE MINE DESIGN, Malaysia. Contact: info@beminedesignmalaysia.com. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Muse Deck is intended for users aged 13 and above; users who cannot legally agree on their own need a parent or guardian’s permission.
2. The service and your account
Muse Deck helps you manage songs, chord sheets, Sets and optional sharing or request features. You may create content or import supported files, images and PDFs. Importing from website links is not supported in the current release. Features and platform availability depend on the installed version and the offer shown to you.
Local songbook features work without Google sign-in. Optional account, Drive, sharing and subscription features need the relevant account and permissions. Protect your account, provide accurate details and do not impersonate others or bypass access controls.
3. Your content and acceptable use
You retain rights in your own content. You give us only the permissions needed to store, process, synchronize or share it as you request. Muse Deck does not supply a licensed music catalog or grant rights in imported songs. You must hold the rights or permission needed to copy, perform, upload and share material.
Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, misuse another person’s data, harass others, distribute malicious software, disrupt services or evade payment/access restrictions. Shared Folder members and people with audience links may see content you publish. Remove access when it is no longer appropriate.
4. Subscriptions and Google Play
Current paid subscriptions are billed only through Google Play. The price, currency, billing period and any renewal terms are shown in Google Play before you confirm. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Manage subscriptions in the Google account used for checkout.
Uninstalling, signing out or requesting account deletion does not cancel billing. Cancellation and refunds are different actions. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This website does not collect payments. Apple in-app purchases are not currently offered.
5. Backups, third parties and availability
Keep independent backups of important material. Signing out does not delete local songs. Device files, Drive files and copies shared with others require separate management. Google and other linked services have their own terms; connectivity, account permissions and service changes can affect online features. Recognition and imported formatting may contain errors; check material before relying on it during a performance.
We may maintain, update or restrict a feature to address safety, legal, technical or abuse issues. Where practicable, we will give notice of material changes affecting paid access. Any resulting consumer remedies remain available.
6. Responsibility, law and changes
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect recognition or that the service fits every performance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unauthorized sharing, failure to keep backups or third-party outages outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Malaysian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. Contact info@beminedesignmalaysia.com first to seek resolution of a dispute; your statutory complaint and court rights are not removed. We will publish revised terms with an updated date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after notified changes take effect indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
